Items that are ready made (i.e. woven tapestries):
Product(s) will be dispatched in 1-3 business days after payment is received.
Instant digital downloads:
Digital products are made available to you immediately upon payment.
For all other items:
Due to the handcrafted nature of the products, orders may take some time to be processed. Thankyou for your patience! Current processing times are as follows:
Knit products:
1 week
Print products:
Up to 3 weeks (this is because the Hangin’ Around fabrics are printed at a made to order rate as well, in order to avoid wastage).
Custom weavings:
2-4 weeks, depending on size

Once processed, shipping may take up to 1-2 weeks for domestic orders and 2-4 weeks for international orders.

Payment is accepted via PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover) or Afterpay.

Afterpay is an alternative payment method. It means you can still buy Hangin’ Around goodies even if you don’t have enough money right away. You make the purchase and Afterpay pays upfront for you, your order is processed and shipped as normal, and you pay them back in 4 fortnightly instalments. It’s extremely safe, and super easy to use. No extra payments or fees (fees only apply if you don’t repay them by the allotted time). To use Afterpay you have to be an Australian customer aged 18 years or over, with a credit or debit card. If your item(s) arrive damaged or faulty, item(s) may be returned to me and a refund will be issued upon their return (Please note: I am not liable for any damage caused during transit). Send me a message via the contact page if you would like to request a refund.

Each knitted, woven and printed piece on Hangin’ Around is individually made by hand, and no two items will be exactly the same. This means there may be slight discrepancies in size and construction, and minor imperfections in knits and sewing may be present. These quirks are part of the charm of completely handcrafted wares, and is just a reminder of the love that went into making your items just for you, completely by hand!

After you place your order a confirmation screen will appear, which contains the download link within the order details. Additionally, you will receive a confirmation email that contains a download link, and if you have a Hangin’ Around account, download links can be accessed at any time via your account.

How many times can I download the digital file I purchased? 2016-06-28T07:30:04+00:00

Once you have downloaded the file, you can print it as many times as you wish – there is no need to redownload the file every time you wish to use it. However, the limit on how many times the file can be downloaded has been set to two, so that you can redownload it once more if you accidentally delete or lose the file.
